They are made with butter, fresh eggs, flour and sugar, and are then baked in the oven. Filled biscuits are one of La Cure Gourmande's specialties. They biscuits are garnished with fruit puree, caramel or chocolate. We also manufacture butter cookies and navettes as tradition in Provence.We also offer savory crackers with herbes de Provence, onions and olives. They are ideal to liven up your aperitifs.

La Cure Gourmande vous propose d'entrer dans l’univers de douceur de la confiserie ! Confiseur depuis 1989, nous produisons une large gamme de produits. Le premier est une petite douceur du Sud de la France avec sa recette à base de miel, pistaches et amandes : le nougat tendre. Le second est une gourmandise aux saveurs originales : le caramel tendre. Le troisième est doux et fruité, composé de miel, de melon confit et d’amandes douces : le calisson. Pour les petits comme les grands, nos sucettes au sucre cuit aromatisées aux arômes naturels révèlent une farandole de couleurs et de saveurs : nos choupettes.
